Contract Personnel has successfully retained its REC Audited Status following an independent audit by The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
Contract Personnel is one of just six REC accredited agencies in the East of England, and was the first agency in East Anglia in 2005 to achieve this accreditation, demonstrating the company’s continual commitment to best practice in the recruitment process.
The REC audit scrutinises the recruitment processes validating compliance with the Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and REC Code of Practice and demonstrates that Contract Personnel works to the most rigorous standards in the recruitment industry.
Contract Personnel was the first agency in East Anglia to achieve REC audited status in 2005. The REC represents 3,750 Corporate members that abide by the REC Code of Practice but an elite group of just 57 members nationwide have obtained the Audited Status.
